DiscoverInk accepts the following payment types:

Important information about payment:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

To place an order online and then send us a check, please follow these 3 easy steps.

1. Select "Check (by mail)" as your Payment Method in the "Payment type" box of the Checkout Process.
2. In the "Payment Type" box in the Checkout section, type the number of the check you have written for the total amount of your purchase.
3. After submitting the form to "Process Order", your order confirmation number will be displayed. To complete your order, simply write your order number on the check (in the memo line) and mail your check to:

Note: Check orders are only shipped after the check clears. Please allow five-business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place.

Note: We will not be able to process your order unless you provide funds in U.S. Dollars and include your correct order number on the check.

Please note that we charge either $15 or the maximum allowable by law for all dishonored checks.

We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to 805-584-7046 or mail it to our physical address below. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours. Payment is due 30 days from the purchase date. If you have any questions please call customer service at 626.602.7002.

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
